We will gladly accept returns of new and unused items, for a full refund (minus original shipping) within 30 days of purchase. Items returned after this time or in unsatisfactory condition will not be eligible for a refund.

You can use the returns form which you received with your order or, if you do not have the returns form, pop a note in which includes your order number, full name and contact email. We will email you as soon as your refund is processed.

Any items being returned must be in new, unused, and resalable condition and have all tags intact. If an item is returned in any other condition, we unfortunately cannot accept the return and so recommend trying on your pet only when they are clean, being careful not to remove the tag.

Returns must be arranged and paid for by you, the customer. Miller & Rose take no responsibility for any returns which may be lost in transit, so we recommend using a postal service which provides tracking.
